The Challenge
Boston Beer had been working with a 3PF vendor that presented problems with inventory accuracy and timeliness, and was also limited in scalability. They were interested in maintaining control of ordering product, but needed a reliable 3PF partner to handle the rest of the process in their seasonal promotional push deployments, as well as managing their pull distribution.
