This is our Story

Aero Fulfillment Services was founded in 1986 by Jon T. Gimpel, who continues to act as CEO of our company. Jon had a vision for Aero. He insisted his new business be based on three key values:

  • Always deliver superior customer service to all clients, large and small.
  • Create and maintain a fun environment to attract and keep good people.
  • Foster an open management style to encourage employees to be their best.

Over the years we have expanded from one location of only 13,000 sq. ft. in rented space to multiple locations today. In 1996, a year after John T. Gimpel joined the organization, we expanded yet again, building our new headquarters facility in Mason, OH. We are proud of our growth over the years. But we are just as proud that we have adhered to Jon’s vision and continued to deliver exemplary service. In 2003 John was made president/COO and now runs the company.

Our state-of-the-art systems, strategic location, and spacious facilites, along with an industry savvy staff, make Aero an ideal fulfillment and marketing operations partner with a strategic focus and plan to achieve our vision.
